Elohyek -Judy (Track Review)

From Charleston, South Carolina, comes the experimental alternative rock group Elohyek. Songwriter and producer Matt “Maku” Hancock founded the project in 2021. The song starts with a beat rhythm that sticks with you and sets the tone for something unexpected… An experimental track based on different time signatures and musical moods, “decorated” by heavy guitars that remind you of the Alternative Rock sound of the 1990s. Although the structure is complex, the transition from one musical mood to another is really smooth and does not tyre the listener; on the contrary, it creates a physical anxiety and longing for the evolution of the track and its associated emotions. The main atmosphere is psychedelic, and the song is inspired by both electronic and rock music. Enjoy it if you like qualitative experimental music!
