SKARTHIA – Legacy (Track Review)

The band’s sound is a blend of old school thrash metal and modern metal, with influences from Metallica, Meshuggah, Devildriver, and Disturbed. The musicianship of the band members is obvious, especially when they adopt a Prog and Djent metal style to express their art, and you understand how seriously they take their job. The guitars have a great sound in the audio production and will blow your mind off. The vocalist sings in a Metalcore style that some love and others despise; however, it works well with the band’s excellent orchestration. Regarding the mood of this band, and if you are already creating your Spotify Playlist, the mood is aggressive, vicious, and scary. If you are a musician yourself, then you will understand and appreciate the technical skills of the band and the detailed structure of the songs. I think that metal fans will have a good time with this band!
