Greek American band Kelakos release a new song

The band Kelakos has released only the second new recording since reuniting following the 2015 CD re-issue of its 1970s catalogue “Uncorked: Rare Tracks From a Vintage 70’s Band”.  The new song is Downhill Slide, and you can hear it on YouTube:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmLAsLjQKbY.  Downloads are available on iTunes as well as CD Baby: http://store.cdbaby.com/cd/kelakos6.

The song was written in the mid-1980s by George Michael Kelakos Haberstroh, who sings the lead vocal and plays the guitar solo.  Mark Sisson plays pedal steel, Carl Canedy on drums, and Lincoln Bloomfield on background vocals and the other instruments.  Engineered at Studio B, mastered by Blaine Misner at Cue Studios in Falls Church, VA, cover image by the Belgian graphic designer Eric Philippe.
