The cover of the kidnethieves album reflects the femininity trapped in an astronaut suit, really how prophetic is the picture? Pressing play on cd player discovers that the truth really is not far from the contradictory image of the cover. The singer Free Dominguez is lending her melodic voice to the distorted guitars of Bruce Somers and embeds her sensuality of behind the digital soundscapes of the album. The result is close to the sound of the band Garbage but the atmosphere is further enriched with samples and drum programming reminding of futuristic films like The Matrix.
