Interview with Jesse Kid

1. Hallo guys, please let us about the past & present of the band..

In the past it was hard work finding the right members for the band. That actually wanted to live this life we’re aiming for. Now that we have, it feels awesome and we are really connected to eachother in a productive way. When it comes to making songs, studio, live performance..etc. Living it 24/7 is a must do, if you’re gonna reach the top.

2. Your music is so closer to the Sunsen Blbrd sound of the 80s, do you think that this could help you or could be a trap of characterized as a “retro band” ?

We actually haven’t thought of it in that way at all. We want to make music in our own ways. Maybe the influences from the 70s and 80s shines through thou. But thats much because every bandmember have been raised to this kind of music and sound for many years. We are not a “retro band”, we are The New Wave Of Swedish Sleaze.

3. Til now you have released only Maxi Singles, that are also available for free through your official website. Tell ‘us about the idea behind this action..

Right now we see that this is an investment. But also a huge opportunity for people, fans and labels etc. to hear our songs/download them, and don’t have to pay for it. We think that the most important thing is to just “spread the word”.

4. Do you think that Peer To Peer downloading is a friend or a potential enemy for the band?

As an unsigned band its really great promotion.

5. Do you think that the return of Glam music from the late 90s is still in progress or we’re closer to the end of it?

It’s still in progress….

6. What do you think for the future of melodic rock in global level?

I think its gonna explode in a great glamrock/sleaze orgasm very soon! Now is just the beginning.

7. Are U into Glam rock lifestyle? Any stories to share with us?

Yeah we are bigtime! Loving the girls, fans, booze, outfits, hairspray, make-up etc. Also the crazy people around us on tours n stuff. They makes the nights n days really awesome… We just love it!

8. Any plans for a full album ?

The Danger debut-album will be released when the right label wants to sign us.

9. What ‘s coming next for the band?

Recording a few new songs in the studio, plus the U.K tour in april.

10. Any plans 4 touring?

There’s always plans for Danger ;).
