Ghost Note City – Miracle (Track Review)
The drum/guitar combination in the intro prepares you for a heavy rock thunderstruck, most likely influenced by bands like Godsmack, Sevendust, and, of course, Metallica! At 0:18 in the timeline, the main part of the song arrives, and the initial groovy part is transformed into a melodramatic, electric guitar-driven song. All hell is breaking loose: headbanging becomes cinematic and melodramatic, while musically it creates a smart combination of strong guitar riffs and impressive musicianship! The musical style of the song is ever-changing, so it adopts a Prog character that is so obvious to my ears during the last 15 seconds of the song that a King Crimson guitar influence (the new fans would consider it a Tool influence) fades into the acoustic field and continues until the end of the track. If you like early 2000s Metal and also admire some Prog bands, then this is a great song to check out.
