Naga Brujo – Canceled
Since their beginning in 2013, Naga Brujo haven’t slowed down, starting with loud riffs and rocking hits out of Austin, Texas. The four-piece rules the stage with unadulterated strength and grit that is influenced by heavy rock and punk. A true performance is certain to be experienced with entirely original material and lyrical narratives bursting with unfiltered emotion.
The EP “Canceled” by the band Naga Brujo is a powerful and hard-hitting release that showcases the band’s unique style and musical talent. The EP features four tracks that blend together elements of Metal, Punk, and Hardcore to create a sound that is both aggressive and emotive.
The EP features pounding drums, heavy riffs, and intense vocals, with an orchestration and attitude that adopts a Punk music style and mode of thought. The lyrics are full of energy and defiance, with lines delivering a message of strength and resilience.
Throughout the EP, Naga Brujo demonstrates their impressive musicianship with tight and intricate instrumentals that perfectly complement the emotional intensity of the vocals. The production quality could be improved, particularly in the drums and guitars, which sound a little fuzzy at times. However, if this is a matter of aesthetics for the producer, then I am OK with it as long as they can reproduce the same aesthetic in live performances.
Overall, “Canceled” is a fantastic release from Naga Brujo that is sure to appeal to fans of Metal, Punk, and Hardcore. The EP is a great showcase of the band’s unique sound and talent, and it’s definitely worth a listen for anyone who appreciates raw and powerful music.
