William Is – Roadstar
The album of the artist called “William I” balances between the electronic dance sound of the 1990s (House, Electronica, Breakbeat) and the electronic rock sound of the 1980s and the 1990s: In particular, the rock guitars on this album unveil a diversity of musical influences like U2, Depeche Mode and even Yes (90215 album era). In this perspective, this is an album for a variety of musical tastes and open-minded ears that would accept this puzzle of musical influences. On the technical level, the guitar sounds a bit raw, and I am not sure if this is the choice of the artist from an aesthetic point of view or has to do with the equipment used. In any case, the whole audio result sounds modern and fresh to my ears; what about yours?
