Thomas Deed – New Star Rising (Track Review)

This is a catchy Blues Rock song with a touch of Americana or southern rock in the background and a lovely sound production. It is a radio-friendly track for sure, and I can imagine it on the same Playlist as artists that sound alike, such as Mike and the Mechanics, Nickelback, or Kid Rock. The mood of the track is happy, and the singer performs the lyrics in a professional way, paving the way for the listener to enjoy it regardless of his musical preferences. It reminds me of the 1990s, when Blues Rock was almost musically synonymous with AOR music due to its rich orchestration and atmospheric vibes.
