INTELLIGENT MUSIC PROJECT IV – The Creation (Intelligent Music Ltd.)

This is the new album of the Intelligent Music Project, a project consisting of the Bulgarian musician Milen Vrabevski and the famous guest musicians: John Payne, Ronnie Romero, Todd Sucherman, Bobby Rondinelli, Carl Sentance. If I am not mistaken, the line up is almost the same one with the previous album of the project. However, this album does not sound exactly like the previous one which is a very positive fact. “The Creation” is a melodic rock “creature” with many symphonic and even Jazz elements that offers a maturity to the whole album and distances it from the melodic rock clones out there. The 12 compositions follow their own way with the melodic vocals of Payne and Romero, transforming the dream of Mr. Milen Vrabevski in a wonderful audio result with partial influences from the Scorpions, Asia (John Payne era) and maybe Rainbow. If you are bored with the AOR clones out there, then you have to listen something different by checking out this album.
