Indie Rock Trio DENTIST Release Video For Their Super Catchy Single SOMEONE LIKE YOU

After wowing audiences at SXSW last year and earning enormous critical praise from the AV Club, Noisey, Stereogum and others for their album Night Swimming, Dentist is back and ready to share a brand new track with the world. The new single, “Someone Like You,” proves that this band is only getting stronger with each new release, refining their sound and honing in on the pop elements that have made them one of the most exciting new indie rock surf punk bands in recent years!

The song is accompanied by a new video directed by Sean Bell that shows the band hard at work on a home improvement project, handling all manner of heavy gear and various powertools with the skill and precision you’d expect from a group of NJ punk rock kids. So it’s not terribly surprising when the blood starts to splatter on vocalist/bassist Emily Bornemann as guitarist Justin Bornemann smashes his hand to a bloody pulp while drummer Matt Hockenjos pounds on his sawdust covered kit – all of which is greeted with a winking eye and knowing grin (and even a casual lunch break).
