LiveXLive And Hangout Music Festival Enter Exclusive, Multi-Year Production And Worldwide Distribution Partnership


Fans will enjoy a comprehensive live music experience on all connected devices from an award winning production team on the ground at the May 19th-21st festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama Loton, Corp.’s subsidiary LiveXLive, the worldwide premium live music video streaming network, today announced that Hangout Music Festival has entered into an agreement with LiveXLive to produce, curate, and amplify the festival experience to fans around the globe. The strategic partnership kicks off at this year’s festival, taking place May 19th-21st 2017 in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

LiveXLive’s team of music industry veterans and streaming video innovators will produce both the festival audience’s video experience in addition to the global live broadcast to connected devices. The executive team includes former leaders of Mandalay Digital Group, Warner Bros, EMI, Virgin Records, Atlantic Records, and Live Nation, among others.

LiveXLive’s industry leading production and content teams will create a vivid, 4K viewing experience comparable to having a front row ticket and all-access pass. Programming will include premium quality live performance streams, DJ sets, artist interviews, as well as behind-the-scenes exclusives. Branded content opportunities are also being developed for select clients.

The live streams and original content are available globally on all connected screens via LiveXLive and its affiliate partner platforms.
