Fall Out Boy & Bring Me The Horizon lead Kerrang! Awards


Fall Out Boy, Bring Me The Horizon and Pierce The Veil lead the nominations for this year’s Kerrang! Awards.
The bands are each up for four prizes this year.

Black Veil Brides are nominated for three awards including best album and best live band with lead singer Andy Biersack up for hottest male.
US bands dominate this year with Green Day, Paramore and All Time Low up against UK talent including Bullet For My Valentine and You Me At Six.
Download goes up against Slam Dunk Festival, Reading and Leeds, Hit The Deck and the Vans Warped Tour UK for the top festival prize.
A reunited Fall Out Boy are up twice in the best single category while Biffy Clyro, All Time Low, Bring Me The Horizon, Don Broco and Pierce The Veil will battle it out in the best album category. Paramore singer Hayley Williams is nominated along with Lzzy Hale for hottest female while comedians Frankie Boyle and Louis CK are up for best comedian. The awards will be held in east London on 13 June and will be hosted by blink-182’s Mark Hoppus and Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian.
