$235 Million Lottery Winner Wants to Reunite Guns n’ Roses…

Right now, $235 million lottery winner Adrian Bayford is focused on reuniting Guns n’ Roses – that is, the original lineup. And the reality is that with enough money, almost any washed-up reunion is probably possible. “I think I would just have to get Guns N’ Roses together — the original line-up, mind. I am a real fan.”

That said, this could be a difficult feat, even with hundreds of millions in hand. The reason is that a reunited Gn’R would undoubtedly fetch a king’s ransom on its reunion tour, meaning the original members would need a seriously-huge amount of money to stomach the kiss-and-make-up. Not only that, there’s the slight insanity of Axl Rose, who skipped the group’s induction into the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame yet seems fine sparking a Las Vegas residency at the Hard Rock Cafe later this year.

Actually, the plot thickens a bit, as it turns out that Bayford is not only a die-hard, 40-something music fan, but also the owner of a small music shop. In fact, Bayford and his wife described themselves as ‘struggling’ prior to the win, with Mrs. Bayford an overworked, underpaid health care worker who purchased the ticket in desperate hopes of making ends meet.

And they call the lottery a tax on the poor..
