BRANDEN DANIEL & THE CHICS TO KICK-OFF THEIR WEST COAST TOUR IN APRIL IN SUPPORT OF UPCOMING ALBUM, “KEEP EM FLYING”; New Album Available Digitally On May 8

Seattle-based, R&B infused rock n’ roll band BRANDEN DANIEL & THE CHICS will head out on a West Coast tour in support of their debut album, KEEP EM FLYING, which initially will be available digitally on May 8, with a vinyl single and physical CD released shortly thereafter. The tour kicks off on Wednesday, April 11, at Eli’s Mile High Club in Oakland, CA, and closes on Saturday, April 21, at a house party in Portland, OR.
The band has toured consistently throughout the Northwest and is looking forward to performing their tracks live to new fans throughout the West Coast. Singer/guitarist Branden Daniel stated, “We always look forward to getting in front of a new audience. We’re performers, and when we play, we set out to create an experience, to pull people in and have a good time. Playing live is a bonding experience between the audience and us. Touring isn’t easy, but it always brings the greatest memories and shows.”

Their music has already been played on MTV’s Season Three of Jersey Shore, Beavis & Butthead, and VH1’s reality series X-Life. The band’s song “Mor Yay” was highlighted on the 2012 Need For Speed Game by EA Sports and on an episode of The CW show Hart of Dixie. In addition, BRANDEN DANIEL & THE CHICS were described as “one of Seattle’s best young bands, with nods towards Mudhoney and the Rolling Stones,” by the Seattle Times.

KEEP EM FLYING was recorded in Los Angeles at Kingsize Soundlabs with producer Bruce Duff. Grammy Award-winning producer Tom Biller (Silversun Pickups, Liars, Elliott Smith), who recorded “Feel Real” and “Not Like Anything,” remixed and mastered all of KEEP EM FLYING at Avast! Studios in Seattle.

BRANDEN DANIEL & THE CHICS, previously Branden Daniel and Everybody Gets Laid, is a trio out of Seattle with a psyched out, R&B infused rock n’ roll sound. The band consists of singer/guitarist Branden Daniel, Aaron Schroeder on the baritone guitar and Matt Winter on the drums.
