AM PR Agency Signs American Rock Band Reform The Resistance To Its Roster
I AM PR Agency is proud to announce the signing of Wuli Records recording artist Reform The Resistance to its roster. Previously known as Justifide, Reform The Resistance was born in 2005 when brothers Jason and Sambo Moncivaiz formed the band and set out to record Justifide’s third album on Ardent Records with producer Malcolm Springer.
Once they hit the studio, the band started to have creative differences with other members, their sound started to change, which eventually led them to parting ways with the label.
With their future uncertain as musicians since disbanding, the band was looking for a new motivation to pursue their music career. After 2 years of hard work, writing and recording, the brothers Moncivaiz went on a mission to find a drummer to complete the band. They successfully found Ryan Dugger, a native of Nashville, who ended up being a perfect match for the band. Ryan joined the band shortly thereafter and Reform The Resistance fully took shape in July of 2006.
With a new line-up, a renewed passion for music and a new purpose, the band signed with WuLi Records in March 2011 (becoming the latest act signed to the Chicago-based indie record label). Their debut album “The Truth Is Dangerous” went out digitally on April 26th, 2011 via select digital music outlets.
Their hard finally paid off with the recent feature of the music video for the single ‘Kill Lies’ off “The Truth Is Dangerous” release, which is getting some much deserved attention and is prominently featured on CCM iHeartRadio under “Artists to Watch. http://www.iheartradio.com/new2/featured/f/3511
“When everyone else is chasing someone else’s dream, it’s great to know bands like Reform The Resistance are creating their own!”
