LOVE LIKE GRAVITY HITS THE BILLBOARD CHARTS AGAIN

Just last week, Love Like Gravity’s hit single, “Dig”, entered Billboard’s Christian Rock airplay chart at #27 and edged to #26 this week.

The band is no stranger to the Billboard charting stations as they had another song, “Stronger”, enter the chart at #26 in April 2011 while climbing to #14 and remaining on the chart for 17 weeks. Considering this chart is typically consumed with major artists from EMI Christian Music Group, Provident Label Group, Tooth & Nail, and others, this is quite an accomplishment for the indie
band.

Cale Kight, lead guitarist and primary songwriter for LLG said, “The song, Dig, really has application for several areas in life. But ultimately, it is about the quest for truth in life. We tend to get so caught up in all the surface things, all the daily distractions, that we tend to lose sight of our true identity, who it is that God has designed us to be.” Cale continues, “If we are not careful, the latest fad or the latest ‘it’ thing can begin to become the thing that defines us, who we are and how we see ourselves. It kind of becomes the standard in our life. So, we have to peel back those layers until
we get down to a place where we understand that Christ is that identity. He is that standard and ultimately, that is where true abundant life is found.”

LLG, a band that is unashamedly shouting out a message of Faith, Hope and Love, is currently booking for 2012.
