Personnel changes in the music industry

Just some of the Warner changes include Producer Julian Raymond joining as VP/A&R, International CFO Mike Saunter, SVP Strategy Eric Daugan, SVP Marketing Isabel Garvey and Warner Music European and International CEO John Reid (who exits after 11 years at the company), as well as National Director of Pop Promotion Keith Rothschild all leaving the company. At Universal, Peter Thea has been appointed EVP A&R at Universal Republic / Island Def Jam and Ivan Gavin has been named COO of Universal Republic / Island Def Jam. At Universal Music Publishing, longtime EVP/Head of Creative Tom Sturges is leaving the company in a reshuffle as Monti Olson has been promoted to new EVP/Head of Pop and Rock Music and David Kokakis has been named SVP/Head of Business & Legal Affairs / Business Development.
