HAMMERFIST – Dead Dreams (Independent)

This is pure Californian Hardcore with influences from the world of death metal as well, so imagine a mix of speed guitars and angry vocals. The rythm section of the band manages to maintain an atmosphere where the anger meets the violent music so as to affect every sensitive ears around. The lyrics pay tribute to the anti-religious messages and seek answers from God and all the factors that contribute in the destruction of the human nature. An eternal “why” and a sadness about the loss of Jesse Vaughn Haines, become the spiritual weapons of the band that transforms apognosis to an artistic expression. Love it or hate it, this is extreme music behavior for angry teenagers and political incorrect adults.
