Greek American rock pop artists Electra set to headline House of Blues Sunset Friday, November 21st. ELECTRA just finished recording her new CD “These Times” with producer Mike Plotnikoff(Halestorm, Buckcherry, Kelly Clarkson). “These Times” was funded by a very successful Kickstarter campaign, raising over $22,000. Fellow Greek musician Phil X (Bon Jovi, Powder) played bouzouki on one of the tracks called “I Can’t Breathe.

The Los Angeles Times reports that the House Of Blues Sunset Strip will be shut down and demolished to make way for a hotel complex, as first reported by Bloomberg.
The L.A. Times notes that the HoB is one of many properties along the Sunset Strip, an L.A. hotspot for music venues, clubs and buzzing nightlife, that will be demolished to make way for a hotel development. The scene of the popular West Hollywood area has shifted over the years as property investors move in and plan new developments in place of notable Sunset Strip landmarks.
