Former BLACK LABEL SOCIETY Guitarist Nick Catanese Taps THE INFINITE STAIRCASE Frontman For New Project


In December 2013, Guitarist Nick Catanese amicably parted ways with BLACK LABEL SOCIETY after 17 years with the band. On April 19th, 2014, a message posted from Catanese’s Official Twitter Page (@EvilTwinBLS) read:

 

“Attention ET army !! Give my boy @LennyTIS a follow , he is gonna be singing with me , killer voice and a great guy , show some love”

 

@lennyTIS aka Lenny Cerzosie, is best known as singer, guitarist & primary songwriter for New York based group THE INFINITE STAIRCASE.

 

THE INFINITE STAIRCASE had a Top 30 Mainstream Rock Hit with “The Pride” in 2013. The song was released to raise money for victims of Hurricane Sandy and featured, in addition to the Cerzosie brothers, Zakk Wylde (BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, ex- OZZY OSBOURNE), Kevin Martin (CANDLEBOX), Morgan Rose (SEVENDUST) & John “JD” DeServio (BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, CYCLE OF PAIN). The group went on to release ‘No Amends’ on October 15th, 2013. The 7-song EP was Produced by Morgan Rose (SEVENDUST, CALL ME NO ONE) and features collaborations with, in addition to Rose, SEVENDUST’s Lajon Witherspoon & Clint Lowery as well as BLACK LABEL SOCIETY’s Zakk Wylde & John “JD” DeServio, CANDLEBOX’s Kevin Martin & Sean “Memphis” Hennesy, SAVATAGE/TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA’s Chris Caffery, & CYCLE OF PAIN’s Troy Cromwell. They are expected to release ‘The Dead Cricket Sessions’, a Covers EP Produced by JD DeServio some time in 2014.
