jak demo – trojan war

“Trojan War” begins with colourful guitar harmonics that create a cheerful and energetic vibe. The funky guitar work recalls the addictive beat of the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, but the vocal performance has a sarcastic touch that fits the song’s socially conscious humour. Under its playful surface, the music includes a commentary on modern society, giving it content as well as personality. The arrangement is powered by sharp, groove-oriented rock guitars, but hidden beneath the surface lies a soft urban-inspired tempo that gently reinforces the song’s tempo. This combination of rock, funk, and restrained modern urban gives the music a dynamic pulse that is difficult to ignore, even if some of the rhythmic complexities become evident only after repeated listens. The production allows the guitars to take control of the mix without dominating the rest of the music, allowing the groove to be the song’s distinctive element. “Trojan War” is a dynamic and beautifully composed single that mixes humour, satire about society, and addictive musicianship, making it a great listen for fans of riff-driven rock with a funky attitude.
