The song’s raw attraction comes from its intentional lo-fi, DIY late-70s punk sound, with a rough production that feels alive and uncensored. There’s also an attitude in the performance and guitar work that recalls The Rolling Stones’ tough-guy attitude, particularly the catchy riffs and gutsy performance. It’s punky, scrappy, and full of personality, a street-spirited hymn that celebrates both chaos and joy. It’s rough, vibrant, and extremely addictive. Robin Ross & The Melodynes is more than just music; it’s about having a good time with like-minded musicians such as Wharton Tiers, JoJo Ellen Gaetani, Katlyn Albrecht, Nancy Isola, TW Howell, Emery Rhodes, Joe (Bass) Torres, and Tony Anniello. The track was recorded at Baa Baa Leaf Music Studios in Milford, PA, which is on the border of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ross co-produced and engineered this tune with renowned engineer Jonathan Duckett (Phillip Glass, Kenny G, and David Sanborn).
