“Mad Hatter”- a World Music/Soundtrack E.P with rock guitar playing


It was released in Ireland on the 5th of September 2012, composed and produced by the pro guitarist Martins, and has the following tracks:

Eagle Fly is the  Eagle Flight’s Anthem of the Benfica’s Football Team.

Benfica is the most widely supported football club in the world.

The Eagle Flight Anthem has been broadcasted internationally by million of people and football fans.

The anthem has been featured for the WWF animal protection theme song for their campaign for extinct eagles worldwide.

“Mad Hatter” is inspired by mother nature.
Each tune is involved in the ancient mysticism and you will be able to feel poetry behind the notes.
You may find in “Mad Hatter” magnetism, signs of the future and enigmas from the past.
This E.P. is a small excerpt of what is coming next in the album.

Martins the creator of “Mad Hatter” also played in the well known progressive rock band IRIS (Portugal) that reached Gold Record and Platinum Record in 2 of the 7 released albums.
The band’s 1st album was produced by Neal Kay (who launched Iron Maiden – Soundhouse Tapes).

IRIS, the band which Martins was the lead guitarist, achieved a singular place in the Portuguese music history when in 2006,  they decided to do a Live concert, combining Heavy Rock with an Orchestra, being assisted by over 50 000 people.
A Live DVD was released in 2007 celebrating this event and was claimed by the fans as the biggest moment in their career.
