Kris James – Home (Track review)
Here is a professional Pop music production with influences from artists such as Robbie Williams and also a lot of Soul/Gospel musical elements that are mixed into a unique style that Kris uses as a personal artistic identity. The lyrics refer to “home” in terms of nostalgia for family but also for “the love of his life” as he sincerely admits while he sings the word. The audio mix sounds perfect: clear sounds, balanced audio levels, and audio effects exactly where they have to be. Moreover, the orchestration, as I mentioned earlier, is a mix of modern Pop and retro Gospel that is implemented through a mix of physical musical instruments. Probably the next time I hear from Kris, will be regarding his next TV appearance!
