“WHILE THE FIRST 5 TRACKS ARE QUITE RELAXED AND MAINLY MIGHT INTEREST AN AUDIENCE WHO ARE INTO DARK AMBIENT IS THE SECOND HALF FULL OF EXPERIMENTAL MATERIAL IN OPPOSITE TO THOSE 5. LIKE TRACK 6. “THE MISSING LINK“, WHERE YOU CAN HEAR DRUMS IN THE VERY BACKGROUND. FOR MY TASTE COULD THE DRUMS BE MORE PRESENT. BUT I´M A DRUMMER DEEP IN MY HEART.
TITLE “WAITING FOR THE BATTLE“ HAS SOMETHING OF THE SPIRIT WE CREATED IN THE VERY EARLY 1970`s UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ACID AND PROMOTED AS „THE COSMIC COURIERS“. „NO CHRISTMAS IN SPACE“ IS ALMOST A DRONE TRACK WITH GREAT SOUNDS THAT WOULD FIT PERFECT AS WAR MOVIE SCORE, CONTINUED INTO AN INDUSTRIAL NOISE PIECE CALLED „THE ELECTRIC DRILL SESSION“.
I ALWAYS LIKE ELECTRONIC MUSIC MADE BY YOUNGER MUSICIANS WHO CONSEQUENTLY FOLLOW THEIR VERY PERSONAL INSTINCT, RATHER THAN TRYING TO COPY WHATS ALREADY BEEN MADE IN THE PAST, IN THE SPIRIT OF: „WHENEVER YOU MEET BUDDHA KILL HIM“. KEEP ON TRACKING BILLY!
