Indie-folk rock music from Thailand!

My Life As Ali Thomas is Thailand’s pioneering English-language indie-folk rock band. Since the release of their debut album ‘Paper’ in 2016, they have cultivated a passionate following in Thailand and abroad.They are known for their intense and powerful performances, and have been regulars at Thailand’s major festivals such as Wonderfruit, Big Mountain Music Festival, CAT Expo and Bangkok Music City. Internationally, they have showcased at Music Matters (SG, 2016), Golden Melody Awards (TW, 2017) and most recently as the first Thai act to showcase at SXSW (USA, 2019).

Now they are returning with their long-awaited second album, Peppermint Town which they recently introduced with the leadoff single ‘Dear All The Universe’ in September. 

On November 6, 2020, they released the album’s second single ‘Baby, I Love You’.

Baby, I Love You is a real-life love song. Not young love, not an attempt to win over someone’s heart. It’s about feeling that sense of thankfulness towards the person you love, appreciating having them in your life and realizing how much that person has given to you, saved you. It’s titled Baby, I Love You because it takes a lot of courage to say that out loud to the person you love. It may be old-fashioned, but it’s nice to let them know that you love them.
