Mystic Winds is a new EP from a band called New Clue which was formed in the late 80’s, (and after about 6 years) all disbursed and went their separate ways. The music is classic metal with influences from bands such as Thunderhead, Savatage and Queensryche. Although the music production traces its aesthetic source in the 1980s, the compositions are really catchy in 2020. It is a mix of heavy rock with outstanding screaming vocals and groovy guitars that keep you headbanging for the duration of the EP. I am sure that if a label reissue this EP along with additional material, many fans would like to get it in their hands!
