UK hard rock band,\u00a0ACE MAFIA<\/strong>, have announced the release of their new EP ‘Ace Mafia<\/strong>‘ on\u00a0September 15th, 2018<\/strong>. The EP featuring\u00a0Richie Faulkner<\/strong>\u00a0on lead n rhythm guitars before leaving\u00a0Ace Mafia<\/strong>\u00a0to join\u00a0Judas Priest<\/strong>. The incredible video and single for \u201cSnakes \u2018n\u02bc Ladders<\/strong><\/a>\u201d is out now and can be viewed here:\u00a0https:\/\/youtu.be\/nYPptWErYiE<\/p>\n

The EP was mixed and mastered by\u00a0Phil Kinman<\/strong>, all music recorded and written by\u00a0Ace Mafia<\/strong>,\u00a0Bruna Agra<\/strong>\u00a0(former drummer),\u00a0Richie Faulkner<\/strong>\u00a0(former Lead guitarist),\u00a0Sam Gharbaoui<\/strong>\u00a0(K. Ghibli<\/strong>\u2019s brother).<\/p>\n

The EP will be officially launched on\u00a029\/09\/18<\/strong>\u00a0at the \u2018Big Red<\/strong>\u02bc, one of London\u02bcs premier hard rock venues.<\/p>\n

After a meeting in January 2018, the band felt that the time was right to once again bring\u00a0Ace Mafia<\/strong>\u02bcs brand of heavy, grungy rock to the masses and reformed with a renewed vigour and intensity!<\/p>\n

The history of\u00a0Ace Mafia<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

After arriving in London from Argentina in 2002,\u00a0Geos Letona<\/strong>\u00a0met\u00a0Richie Faulkner<\/strong>\u00a0via the Camden-based Hard Rock and Metal institution, \u201cMetalworks<\/strong>\u201d – rock covers band who have performed in London for over 15 years.<\/p>\n

Geos<\/strong>, with\u00a0Richie<\/strong>\u00a0on board, begin to lay down some demos, but struggled to find the right voice to complement their sound. Some time passed before\u00a0Geos<\/strong>\u00a0was introduced to another local musician,\u00a0Bruno ‘The Cat’ Agra<\/strong>. (drummer\/producer), in 2007.\u00a0Bruno<\/strong>agreed to engineer and produce\u00a0Geos<\/strong>\u02bc album, but after hearing the initial ideas, was impressed enough to agree to join the band as drummer!<\/p>\n

Geos<\/strong>\u00a0had been friends with\u00a0Kay Ghibli<\/strong>\u00a0for a few years by this stage, and after being blown away by his incredible voice and delivery, convinced him to join…Ace Mafia<\/strong>\u00a0was officially born!<\/p>\n

Their debut album, \u201cVicious Circle<\/strong>\u201d was independently released in 2009, however, due to touring commitments (with\u00a0Lauren Harris<\/strong>)\u00a0Richie<\/strong>\u00a0could not fully commit to the project, and guitarist\u00a0Ben Lundy<\/strong>\u00a0was recruited as a replacement. With\u00a0Richie<\/strong>\u02bcs schedule later clearing, he returned to the band and\u00a0Ace Mafia<\/strong>\u00a0toured throughout 2010 as a 5-piece, having grown fond of\u00a0Ben<\/strong>\u00a0and his exceptional tea-making skills.<\/p>\n

The band recruited the highly versatile and sought – after\u00a0Jerry Sadowski<\/strong>\u00a0in 2011 afterBruno<\/strong>\u00a0emigrated, however, the band went on a temporary hiatus after\u00a0Richie Faulkner<\/strong>landed his dream gig with the legendary\u00a0Judas Priest<\/strong>!<\/p>\n
