Manchester United has announced a ground-breaking new partnership with Deezer, one of the world’s leading digital music platforms.The arrival of the club’s first Official Audio Streaming Partner has been celebrated by United players, along with legend Rio Ferdinand, sharing their passion for a variety of musical genres in a video being released today. As a global partner, Deezer will enhance the user experience on Manchester United channels, with fans able to access more than 43 million tracks and 40,000 pieces of broader audio content such as podcasts.<\/p>\n

United fans will also be able to experience the service’s signature feature, ‘Flow’, which automatically gives each user a personal soundtrack, put together by a combination of Deezer’s in-house musical curators as well as algorithmic data.<\/p>\n

Today’s video brings to life how music can help modern footballers focus, work and relax. It stars Jesse Lingard, Paul Pogba, Morgan Schneiderlin and Ashley Young, along with Club legend and six-time Premier League title winner Rio Ferdinand.<\/p>\n

In addition to the film, United’s fans can expect to see player playlists, hear match day playlists when at Old Trafford and experience integration between the Manchester United website and Deezer apps.<\/p>\n

FC Barcelona and Deezer, one of the world’s leading official music platforms announced a new strategic partnership which will see the music streaming site become the club’s Official Music Partner. As a result of this global partnership, Deezer will be offering its users The Sound of Bar\u00e7a, the Club’s official music channel, containing official playlists both of FC Barcelona and of different Bar\u00e7a footballers and other athletes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deezer, as FC Barcelona’s Official Music Partner, will provide over 100 songs for music and football fans that represent the best of the Club, including top hits and Catalan songs, as well as the tracks that help players get in their pre-match Flow. Users will also have access to Deezer Flow, a personalized soundtrack, based on a unique algorithm and in-house editors, to create a stream that mixes personalized recommendations. Official playlists will be played over the PA system both before and during games played at the Camp Nou, and Deezer will also appear on the LED screens in the stadium.<\/p>\n

Deezer subscribers will be able to enter competitions to win FC Barcelona themed prizes, while Bar\u00e7a fans and members will get the chance to win a Premium account for the site, which offers access to an unlimited music from the world’s most diverse music catalogue.<\/p>\n
