SHOTGUN MESSIAH\u00a0was the pioneers of the glam and sleaze era back in the\u00a080\u2019s\u00a0and one of the first acts to come out of\u00a0Sweden\u00a0to relocate to the\u00a0U.S.\u00a0and actually hit the charts and make a name for themselves. With extensive tours, press,\u00a0radio and TV covering the entire U.S. under the belt for some years,\u00a0SHOTGUN MESSIAH\u00a0was worn out in 1993 and decided to\u00a0call it quits.<\/p>\n
Later in the\u00a090\u2019s\u00a0you could find the former members in bands like\u00a0MARILYN MANSON,\u00a0TOM WAITS\u00a0and\u00a0ZAN CLAN.<\/p>\n
Over the years some of the members in former\u00a0SHOTGUN MESSIAH\u00a0has been made aware by their fans that they never got to\u00a0play their songs live for their supporters in\u00a0Europe,\u00a0Latin America\u00a0or\u00a0Asia.<\/p>\n
Now\u00a025 years\u00a0after the release of their first album, two of the band\u2019s biggest supporters contacted singer\u00a0ZINNY J. ZAN\u00a0and drummer\u00a0STIXX\u00a0in order for them to consider a reunion and actually get the opportunity to play these songs for one\u00a0last tour. An opportunity for the supporters that once missed out to hear the songs live \u2013 but also for it to be\u00a0captured and released as a live album.<\/p>\n
THE CATCH, YOU SAY?\u00a0These two hardcore supporters wanted to see the original line-up reform. Since that was a definite\u00a0no-go they gladly volunteered to fill the two missing slots. The two\u00a0fanboys\u00a0happened to be none other than\u2026<\/p>\n
