This could  mean the start of the paid-music era in China.  <!--more-->  <br \/> The announcement aims to regulate the digital music market and to wipe  out a considerable number of small platforms that are profiting from  free music.<\/p>\n<p> Rampant piracy and copyright infringement has had a devastating impact  on China&#8217;s music industry.
