Customers in the UK, Germany, Italy, France and many other EU countries are    able to benefit from the new cancellation policy, according to a report from    tech website 9to5mac.com.  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"thirdPar\">\n<p>Terms and conditions on the legal part of Apple&#8217;s website state that: &#8220;If    you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days from when you    received your receipt without giving any reason, except iTunes Gifts which    cannot be refunded once you have redeemed the code.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"fourthPar\">\n<p>Prior to this new rule, Apple support refunded EU customers&#8217; iTunes and App    Store purchases on a case-by-case basis at its own discretion. Customers    would have to offer a reason for their refund such as a failed delivery or    technical problems through its Report a Problem feature. In the US, Canada    and other countries outside of the EU, this process still applies.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"fifthPar\">\n<p>Customers&#8217; ability to get unlimited refunds on iBooks and, particularly, music    may impact the charts.
