The 70-year-old is currently on bail. Glitter is accused of four counts of indecent assault involving one  complainant between 31 January and 31 May 1977.   <!--more-->  The complainant was aged  12 or 13 at the time. The former pop star is also accused of  &#8220;administering a drug or other thing in order to facilitate sexual  intercourse&#8221; and one count of sexual intercourse with a girl under 13  between the same dates.<\/p>\n<p> The charges also include counts of indecent assault between October 1979  and December 1980 made by an additional complainant, who was 13-14 in  during that period. <\/p>\n<p> Glitter is accused of plying alcohol to &#8220;stupefy or overpower&#8221; one of the alleged victims.<\/p>\n<p> Glitter, whose real name is Paul Gadd, was convicted in 1999 of  possession of child pornography and served four months in prison.
