And if I don\u2019t, then I don\u2019t. Right now I feel good. I   am aware that in recent photos of me I look somewhat unhealthy, but that\u2019s   what illness can do.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"fifthPar\">\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not going to worry about it. I\u2019ll rest when I\u2019m dead.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The singer has not mentioned cancer in previous interviews, although he is   known to have had some health problems in recent years and cancelled a   number of concerts due to illness.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m now at an age when I should no longer be making music,\u201d he said. \u201cMany   composers of classical music died at 34. And I\u2019m still here, and nobody   knows what to do with me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>His autobiography was published last year and he is currently finishing work   on his debut novel. The singer said he might become a full-time writer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith luck I will be able to stop singing forever, which would make many   people happy,\u201d said the singer, who is currently on a European tour.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about his private life, Morrissey said: \u201cI have no social life. No   need. I live in quiet solitude. Fun is an artificial construct, and if you   have a sex life \u2013 and I have none at all \u2013 it is impossible to deal with   people because people only talk about sex. If you don\u2019t have a partner,   people look at you suspiciously,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He uesd <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/cultura\/2014\/10\/06\/5431df7aca47410f278b4598.html\" target=\"_blank\">the   interview <\/a>to attack Spain\u2019s tradition of bullfighting, and to claim King   Juan Carlos should have been sent to prison for shooting an elephant during   a big game hunt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s cowardly and barbaric,\u201d Morrissey said. \u201cPeople who are cruel to animals   are often the same with people. King Juan Carlos should have gone to jail   for killing elephants, which are a protected species. It\u2019s what the law   says.
