He will be based in LA and report to Chairman and CEO John Janick. Anne Cecere, BMI&#8217;s Director of Film &amp; TV Relations, has been elected President of the California Copyright Conference (CCC), for the 2014\u20132015 term. Cecere takes the helm as the youngest president in the CCC\u2019s 61-year history, taking over from her predecessor, Warner\/Chappell Music Vice President, Jeremy Blietz. Ryan McWhinnie is Merlin\u2018s new Director of Legal and Business Affairs.  <!--more-->  McWhinnie was previously at media law firm Harbottle &amp; Lewis. Debra Krizman has left her position as VP of Operations at the Production Music Association (PMA) and for the next several months will be consulting on a new program for high school music students for the International House of Blues Foundation.\u00a0Pat Higdon\u2018s Patrick Joseph Music has promoted Stevie Erickson to the role of Sr. Creative Director and Christina Wiltshire has been hired as Creative Assistant. SFX Entertainment\u00a0has named Liz Miller as VP of Artists and Labels. Miller was previously General Manager of\u00a0Big Beat Records. Pandora\u00a0has named\u00a0Jason Feinberg\u00a0Head of Artist Marketing which is a new position. Feinberg\u00a0was previously Head of Digital Marketing and Strategy at Epitaph\/ANTI- Records. Republic Records has hired VH1 veteran\u00a0Rick Krim for the newly created position of Executive Vice President of Artist Development. David Solomon is\u00a0Tidal\u2018s new U.S. National Sales and Marketing Manager. Tidal is\u00a0WiMP\u2018s new streaming service for the U.S. and the U.K. Lise Regan has joined Dean St. Studios in Soho as Studio Manager and Marsha Vlasic has been announced as\u00a0Artist Group International\u2018s new President. Ten Ten Music Group has named Nathan Nicholson to lead their creative department as VP, Creative and finally, renowned soundtrack label Mondo has announced it has acquired UK soundtrack specialist Death Waltz Recording Company. <\/p>\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1411719534950_19204\" style=\"text-align: left; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px;\">On the A&amp;R front, new additions to the A&amp;R world include Ben Hood, Pino Pumila, Simon Gavin, and Sean Denny all joining RCA while Chris White joins Island-Australia. Sadly, leaving A&amp;R positions are Laura Lee who exits Mercury, Andrew Luftman who exits Atlantic, Dante Ross who exits Warner Bros. (NY), Matt Harris exits Hollywood, Alex Wilhelm exits Warner Bros. (LA) and Larry Jackson exits Interscope to join Apple.
