Set for release in Europe on November 7<sup>th<\/sup>, in the UK on November 10<sup>th<\/sup>, and in North America on November 11<sup>th<\/sup>, this release will be available in DVD and a Deluxe CD\/DVD edition.    <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv5613821051MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1411719534950_14642\" class=\"yiv5613821051MsoNormal\">Culled from audio and video recordings and unheard demos from the private collection of WHITESNAKE leader and vocalist, David Coverdale, the release offers an ultra-rare collection of material, performed by the band\u2019s acclaimed 83-84 line-ups. Featured on the record is the awesome Cozy Powell on drums (ex-Jeff Beck Group, Rainbow, MSG and later on Gary Moore and Black Sabbath); unique guitarist John Sykes, whom Coverdale credits with inspiring a whole generation of six stringers after his breathtaking work on the WHITESNAKE \u201987\u2019 album and bassist exceptionnnel, Neil Murray. \u00a0\u00a0Bonus content features legendary keyboardist Jon Lord performing his last show ever with WHITESNAKE on video and also the bonus CD.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1411719534950_14643\" class=\"yiv5613821051MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1411719534950_14644\" class=\"yiv5613821051MsoNormal\">\u201cIt\u2019s still hard for me to find the words when remembering that half the incredible band who originally recorded the \u2018Slide It In\u2019 album with me have passed away,\u201d says Coverdale. \u201cIt\u2019s incredibly difficult to articulate: Cozy Powell, Mel Galley, Jon Lord &#8211; all amazing people and amazing musicians. Their memories live on in our hearts and in the music they made. I miss them beyond words.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1411719534950_14645\" class=\"yiv5613821051MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1411719534950_14646\" class=\"yiv5613821051MsoNormal\">Coverdale and co-producer Michael McIntyre launched a worldwide search for the best quality video footage and audio tracks from the 1984 tour. Among the gems found was a set from: \u2018Super-Rock\u2019, recorded at the first Japanese rock festival at Seibu Stadium in Tokyo and an invaluable video of Jon Lord\u2019s final appearance with WHITESNAKE recorded live in Sweden.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1411719534950_14648\" class=\"yiv5613821051MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1411719534950_14649\" class=\"yiv5613821051MsoNormal\">\u201cAll of the features have been treated lovingly and respectfully, with no expense spared, utilizing technology to improve sound and picture quality,\u201d says Coverdale, who personally oversaw all elements of this release.
