{"id":4633,"date":"2014-09-22T06:08:06","date_gmt":"2014-09-22T06:08:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/skylight.gr\/administrator_wordpress\/index.php\/2014\/09\/22\/kiss-confetti-blamed-for-security-guards-tumble\/"},"modified":"2014-09-22T06:08:06","modified_gmt":"2014-09-22T06:08:06","slug":"kiss-confetti-blamed-for-security-guards-tumble","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/skylight.gr\/index.php\/2014\/09\/22\/kiss-confetti-blamed-for-security-guards-tumble\/","title":{"rendered":"KISS Confetti Blamed for Security Guard&#8217;s Tumble"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-46CQ_bt7Sag\/UEn3vZ4Sz8I\/AAAAAAAAA2c\/NsU1WUB0C6M\/s400\/KISS%2BConfetti.JPG\" border=\"0\" width=\"219\" height=\"164\" \/><br \/>A security guard working at a KISS concert fell after the band  &#8220;foolishly&#8221; sprayed the stage with water and confetti, the guard says in  a lawsuit.<br \/> Timothy Funk says he worked security at the Klipsch  Music Center in Noblesville, Ind. in 2012, and was injured after falling  on the &#8220;slippery, waxy, and glassy&#8221; stage.  <!--more-->  <br \/> Noblesville is the county seat of Hamilton County, located north of Indianapolis.<br \/> According  to Funk&#8217;s lawsuit, &#8220;some or all of the defendants&#8221; sprayed water from  hoses &#8220;on the stage, the area around the stage, and on some of the  crowd.&#8221; They also sprayed confetti around the stage and crowd &#8220;in a  foolish and reckless manner,&#8221; Funk claimed.<br \/> The Hamilton  Superior Court lawsuit names as defendants the concert venue, Live  Nation World Wide Inc., KISS vocalist\/bassist Gene Simmons and his  associated company.<br \/> Funk seeks damages for his injuries, loss of  wages, and other unspecified damages. He is represented by Steven C.
