As vocals enter the mix, the song takes on a strong storytelling character, with each following instrumental layer feeling like a new chapter developing. The acoustic instrumentation maintains the backbone, while the vocals provide a darker folk taste that sometimes recalls the dark\u00a0atmosphere of early-1980s music.
