The song takes on an indie-folk beat when the drums come in, and Fisher’s voice teases a sad rock vibe. The rhythmic, colourful drum pattern creates an interesting contrast with the deeper guitar tones, while the acoustic guitar stays in the forefront, giving the song an organic and cosy feeling. The composition is kept from getting overly heavy by striking a balance between melancholy and movement, providing a laid-back while deeply moving listening experience. The production has a warm, almost live-room feel to it, with atmospheric sounds giving it dimension without distracting from the songwriting. “Oxygen” is ideal for calm listening, allowing the acoustic sounds, sensitive vocals, and hidden groove to slowly show themselves.

https://facebook.com/richardfisher.art

https://www.instagram.com/richareddeanfisher

Rick Fisher, a singer-songwriter from Southern California with a rich musical background going back to…

[14,5
283,2838,3272,5249
post-31410","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-pop-rock-reviews","category-reviews","tag-folk","tag-indie-folk","tag-lo-fi","tag-richard-dean-fisher
["GET
