The composition focuses heavily on rhythm and dynamics, with vocals bringing the intensity down little before slowly building back up into a much harder section. The guitar tone has a strong 1990s character, giving the song a real alternative-rock feel. The production is intentionally filthy and “crowded,” allowing little room for absolute clarity while providing a tremendous wall-of-sound experience. The riffs are especially strong, sometimes going into Black Sabbath territory, while the use of distorted guitars and hammering drums gives the tune a sludge-metal edge. Rather than aiming for a pure sound, the mix welcomes its roughness and takes advantage of it to enhance the power of the performance. “Lay With You” should be of interest to fans of grunge and alternative rock who appreciate the darker and heavier side. The music includes elements of Alice in Chains, Mudhoney, 3 Days Grace, and Black Label Society, but it maintains its own aggressive personality. This song is heavy, rough, and groove-driven, therefore it works best as a massive wall of distorted sound rather than a perfectly clean production.

https://www.instagram.com/as33.music

“Lay With You” opens with fast drumming and strong guitars, setting a post-grunge and alternative metal…

[13,5
5241,3274
post-31340","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-hard-music","category-reviews","tag-as-33","tag-post-grunge
["GET
