Sometimes you just need a little bit of luck. Because of a funny coincidence the long lost original recordings from BONFIRE\u2019s appearance at the Wacken Open Air have been discovered. This almost historical piece of music has been sonically updated and will now be released officially.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The German rock legend is releasing the album as a teaser before it\u2019s new studio record \u2010 planned for the end of the year. Of course, there have been some BONFIRE\u2010live records in the past, but on \u201eLive In Wacken\u201c you can really find different versions of the band\u2019s anthems like \u201eSDI\u201c, \u201eChampion\u201c or \u201eReady 4 Reaction\u201c as well as the song \u201eWake Up\u201c. An anthem the band hasn\u2019t performed live for quite a long time.<\/p>\n

Besides that \u201eLive In Wacken\u201c offers exclusive bonus tracks. Live versions of the songs \u201eBells Of Freedom\u201c, \u201eLet Me Be Your Water\u201c and \u201eBlack Night\u201c from the acclaimed rock opera \u201eThe R\u00e4uber\u201c (previously unreleased on CD), the exclusive studio track \u201eThank You\u201c and an exciting new version of the ballad \u201eHold Me Now\u201c from the last BONFIRE\u2010studio album \u201eBranded\u201c.<\/p>\n

\u201eLive In Wacken\u201c has been mastered by Maor Appelbaum (Yngwie Malmsteen, Rob Halford, Queensryche) and will be released on the 31st of May 2013 on LZ Records\/Sony Music. <\/p>\n
