The song&#8217;s intensity progressively builds, and by the chorus, it has expanded dramatically, gaining heaviness and passion. What makes this version particularly attractive is its adaption to Greek facts. The lyrical connections to the terrible Tempi train tragedy connect the song in modern Greek awareness of society, adding a dimension of sadness to the original. The addition of Greek-language lyrics into the mainly English structure gives a local character and increases its mental impact, resulting in a cross-cultural dialogue rather than a simple cover. Toward the end, the addition of trumpet gives an unexpected cheerful tone, even euphoric in character, that contrasts intriguingly with the song&#8217;s more sharp ideas.
