It&#8217;s an unexpected beginning that speaks at Waco&#8217;s preference for combining styles, and as the song develops,\u00a0synth pads move in and out of the mix, bringing a touch of beautiful melancholy to the atmosphere. When the vocals appear, they do so in a narrative, almost spoken-word style that feels heavily influenced by Robert Plant&#8217;s solo work (in terms of sound colors). Waco&#8217;s approach is moving,\u00a0bringing the listener on a musical journey that has its roots in the spirit of the 1970s while risking to go into modern, atmospheric area. The track&#8217;s strength is its innovative arrangement and nostalgic atmosphere, although the production may be improved. The vocal track, in particular, might benefit from more precise EQ adjustment to help it stand out in the mix.
