From the first few seconds, it’s obvious that this track’s goal is not to reinvent the wheel, instead attempting to spin it fast, loud, and triumphantly. The song, which is greatly influenced by Love/Hate’s early 1990s roots, combines nostalgia with modern production. It features an easygoing groove with funk rock themes (in structure), nevertheless it keeps its hard rock punch entirely. The dynamic structure is significant: the semi-ballad refrain offers mental pull, while the powerful bridge produces the right amount of drama, resulting in a pleasing push-pull that keeps the track intriguing. The guitar solo at 1:59 is a standout, expressing that signature ’80s guitar-hero vibe. It’s melodic, technically precise, and well-timed, providing enough “exposure” to impress without violating its placement in the mix (in terms of duration). When the vocals return, the song resumes with its hard rock groove, following on its momentum with confidence. What really distinguishes “Over The Edge” is its lack of “overstatement.” There’s no filler or over-produced fluff, just straight-up, strong rock music presented with passion. As it fades out with a cappella vocals, you get the impression that Love/Hate still understands how to finish a song with style and not loudness. “Over The Edge” reminds us that when done correctly, rock ‘n’ roll never goes out of style.

https://www.facebook.com/JizzyPearlsLoveHate

“Over The Edge” begins with an outburst of energy, staccato guitar riffs, fast drums develop…

[13,5
317,316
post-27116","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-hard-music","category-reviews","tag-hard-rock","tag-love-hate
["GET
