New York City, NY -Internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter Jann Klose<\/strong> announces the release of his brand-new single, \u201cWhen I\u2019m With You,\u201d<\/strong> arriving on Friday, 16 May 2025<\/strong> via The Royalty Network\/KMG Distribution<\/strong> in New York City, with Neighbouring Rights managed by David Gresham Records<\/strong> in Johannesburg, South Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-written with Everett Bradley<\/strong>, longtime member of Bon Jovi<\/strong> and Seal\u2019s band<\/strong>, the track is a heartfelt celebration of human connection set to a vibrant, synth-tinged rock backdrop. Everett also serves as co-producer and performer on the track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMusically I\u2019ve always been inspired by Jann\u2019s serious vocal chops, how it connects to his guitar playing, and how he connects with people,\u201d says Bradley. \u201cBut as we delved into the feelings of a one-on-one connection, that\u2019s when \u2018When I\u2019m With You\u2019 started taking shape. And the deeper and more vulnerable Jann became, the better the song became. Now it\u2019s an upbeat celebration with deep undertones of the human connection experience.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jann adds: \u201cWorking with someone of Everett\u2019s calibre and continuing my work with \u2018Surrender\u2019<\/em> producer Marcus Dembinski<\/strong> is a dream team come true! Everett got me to open up in a way I haven\u2019t felt comfortable to do until now. I love the honesty of \u2018When I\u2019m With You\u2019 and hope it will bring a sense of connection to the listener.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marcus Dembinski<\/strong> helped shape the song\u2019s vibrant production, saying: \u201cWe were able to push the sound in a new direction, with 80s synth pop and anthemic rock music influencing the arrangement and production. Jann\u2019s powerful voice and bright acoustic guitar combined with heavy drums reminiscent of Billy Joel<\/strong> and the B-52s<\/strong>, as well as the synths and guitars of A-ha<\/strong> and Toto<\/strong>, to create a bold new direction for Jann Klose.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recorded at The Koop Studios<\/strong> in Irvington, New York, the track features electric guitar by Nashville\u2019s Max Sternlicht<\/strong>, was engineered by Matt Graff<\/strong>, and mastered by Ben Kesler<\/strong> in St. Louis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jann Klose and his band will be performing live at The Bitter End in New York City on May 17th<\/sup> at 8 PM EST in support of the new release. The 75 minute set will feature Marcus Dembinski<\/strong> (drums, backup vocals, music director), Tong Cherd<\/strong> (bass) and Dominick Gregoretti<\/strong> (electric guitar).
