\u2019I Choose Violence\u2019 is the first single from a forthcoming new album by the cult US act Psyclon Nine.<\/strong> Melding elements of Industrial Rock, Metal, Deathcore, Ambient and Trap, band mastermind Nero Bellum states: \u201cI specifically set out to break as many genre limitations as possible with this song, while staying true to the concepts and imagery that Psyclon Nine evokes. Lyrically, it\u2019s a reflection of the world we live in. An anthem for the unseen and unheard.\u201d

Psyclon Nine will headline a 22 date North American \u2018Devils Work\u2019 tour commencing on 31st January 2025, while there are plans to tour Europe later in the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since forming in 2000, Psyclon Nine has cemented a reputation as one of the most infamous yet successful bands of the Industrial and Metal crossover scenes, often credited as being the founders of the Blackened Industrial sub-genre. Each of their seven full-length releases to date have charted internationally, appearing in the Top 10 of the DAC (Germany) and Top 200 Billboard Rock Chart (USA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A substantial dedicated fanbase has been built via regular international touring that has included European festivals such as Dark Malta, Castle Party (Poland) and four appearances at Wave Gotik Treffen (Germany), each to audiences of 30,000+ fans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The band\u2019s current album, \u2018Less To Heaven\u2019 (2022) saw them charting undefined musical territory that bridged metalcore with doom electronics, trip-techno with black metal and experimental cinematic soundscapes with alternative rock. Featuring the singles \u2018Money And Sex And Death\u2019 VIDEO<\/a> and ‘See You All In Hell\u2019 VIDEO<\/a>, a remix companion album entitled \u2018More To Hell\u2019 was subsequently issued in early 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
