The tune opens suddenly, but quickly reveals a strong, pulsing bass line that drives the song with dimension and energy. At 0:43, spaced-out synthesizers reminding of Ozric Tentacles enter, creating a dreamy, extraterrestrial atmosphere that is fully exciting! The production is impressive, covering the vibe of space rock with an endless, jam-like flow that is simultaneously freeform and well constructed. Although the mix is colorful and polished, a slightly softer touch on the overall volume might increase the dimensions and allow the layers to flow more freely. The guitar work is outstanding, with a Jon Petrucci-inspired style that combines complex, blazing solos with technical skill, providing a thrilling aspect of prog brilliance.

https://somoselviento.bandcamp.com

https://www.instagram.com/somoselvientomusic

Somos el Viento’s “Exodus” is an exciting ride into the worlds of progressive and post-rock,…

[14,5
125,4241,760
post-25709","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-pop-rock-reviews","category-reviews","tag-prog","tag-somos-el-viento","tag-space-rock
["GET
