The artist explains that the track explores the idea of walls and obstacles that limit one’s perspective and thoughts. However, in the middle of these limitations, one might be able to uncover a gap that allows one to catch a glimpse of an alternate viewpoint—perhaps the truth, but possibly also an illusion. The composition unfolds with a delicate balance of elements, starting with soft bass tones that set a contemplative mood. Soon, funky percussion and cinematic synths enter the mix, adding layers of rhythm and texture. The vocals, reminiscent of the Prog style popularized by Marillion’s Steve Hogarth era, guide the listener through lyrics that discuss about searching for truth amid perceived barriers. The use of flute and unusual synths in the backdrop of “The Hole” is one of its most notable elements. These components offer the song a unique flavor and improve its sound spectrum while also generating a sense of mystery and intrigue.

http://www.facebook.com/TheSecretRockstar

https://mariostrack.bandcamp.com

Mario Strack’s “The Hole” is a stimulating musical exploration into the intricacies of reality and…

[14,5
281,3864,125
post-23805","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-pop-rock-reviews","category-reviews","tag-experimental","tag-mario-strack","tag-prog
["GET
