“Built To Last,” the latest offering from the rock band ATLAS, is a refreshing and contemporary take on the AOR (Adult Oriented Rock) genre. This melodic rock album seamlessly blends the timeless elements of AOR with modern production, synths, and a distinctive sound that sets it apart in the crowded rock music landscape. Right from the opening track, it’s evident that ATLAS knows how to create melodies that stick in your head. The combination of catchy hooks and anthemic choruses is a hallmark of AOR, and this album delivers them in abundance. The songwriting is top-notch, with memorable lyrics that explore themes of love, hope, and resilience. What sets “Built To Last” apart is the band’s skillful incorporation of synths. The synths are woven throughout the album, adding a layer of texture and atmosphere that enhances the overall sound. This modern touch gives the album a fresh feel while staying true to its AOR roots. The instrumentation on this album is well-executed, with the guitar work showcasing both melodic and powerful riffs, and the rhythm section providing a solid foundation for the songs. The production quality is stellar, with a polished sound that makes the album radio-ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
